Both letters sent from 18 Great Ormond St. (1) Undated. Regarding Malone's introduction to Romeo and Juliet, which suggests that the play is based on The pitiful hystory of ii lovyng Italians. (2) Addressed "Dear Sir" but presumably to Collier; dated June 10, 1844. Thanks the recipient for the copy of the Gaulfrido and Barnardo, comments on the Percy Society, and informs the recipient that he will take the liberty to consult with him on matters concerning any rare books and art that he comes across.
